Frequently asked Questions
How do I know which class is right for my child?
Your child's first gymastics class with us is free! This will give your child the opportunity to see if there's an interest in joining our classes. It also allows our coaches to evaluate your child and place them in their proper class.
- What does my child need to wear?
Girls: Leotards are preferred, hair pulled back. NO BELTS OR BUCKLES
Boys: Comfortable clothing. NO BELTS OR BUCKLES
We also do not wear shoes or socks during gym.
Birthday parties: Proper sports attire - leotard or gym shorts with no buttons, zippers or buckles and a fitted tucked in tee shirt, hair pulled up neatly, and no jewelry.
- Do you offer private lessons?
Yes, we offer private lessons. Please call ahead of time to set up an appointment. We also offer multiple private lessons. The price for a private is $30.00 for 1 hour ...$21.00 per child for a multiple private for 1 hour
- Is there a minimum age that my child can start at Citrus Gymnastics?
We offer structured classes starting at age 3. If your child is below the age of three, we have a Mom & Tots class offered on Wednesday morning at 10:30.
- Do you have a parent viewing area?
Yes, we have a spacious viewing area. You can watch your child through large windows. You can see them, but they can't see you. This allows the children full concentration on what they're doing.
- Is it mandatory to stay and watch my child?
No. If you are going to leave the facility while your child is in class, please make sure the office has your cell phone number.
What if my child wants to be a Cheerleader?
We offer Cheerleading and Tumbling classes for all ages. We will evaluate your child quickly to determine what skills they have and what's lacking in order to be a great cheerleader. If your child is interested in getting more one-on- one time to zone in on their goals, we offer private lessons. Please call for availability.
