Advanced Classes
Competitive Team
We compete in AAU Gymnastics and in the Xcel Program. This class is by invitation only. All gymnasts in this class are required to have all Level 2 skills before entering the class.
Tuesday 4:30-7:00 *The first 30 minutes of this class is spent conditioning*
Wednesday 4:30-7:00 *The first 30 minutes of this class is spent conditioning*
Thursday 4:00-6:30 *The last 30 minutes of this class is spent conditioning*
Friday: 4:30-7:00 *The last 30 minutes of this class is spent conditioning*

Registration fee: $60
Recreational Team
This is an advanced class for athletes who do not wish to compete, but wish to keep learning new, more advanced skills. We also use this as a pre-team class for some athletes.
